Job Description
- Deliver day-to-day technical support for Mainframe OS and Storage environments as part of BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations.
- This is a purely technical, hands-on role—not a leadership or managerial position.
- Collaborate daily with client-side Mainframe OS/Storage SMEs and technical peers.
