Job Title: Mainframe Technical Support (CICS, MQSeries)
Location: Fully Remote (CST)
Pay Range: $55-$65/hr W2
Description of Project
The client is seeking one full-time resource to provide technical support for the client's online transaction processing software. At a high level, the resource will provide middleware software management (CICS, MQSeries), diagnose and resolve mainframe software issues, monitor software performance, provide application support, conduct staff training, and create technical documentation.
The work is expected to be done remotely.
