  • IPL support and conducted timelines.
  • ISV and IBM product Installation, upgrades and Maintenance apply – CA- ACF2, Xpeditor, TSO, IBM Debug tool, Application performance analyzer, Tivoli Asset discovery, Host on demand, Job Scan, VFTP, CA-ACF2 
  • Decommission of Products and Dataset Cleanup activities without affecting the current system setup
  • Disaster Recovery activity.
  • JES2 support and related activity.
  • Hardware Migration and involved in Hardware Migration activity (z13) and Processor upgrade.
  • Health-checking of z/OS
  • SYSRES Cloning, Maintenance applies in Test / Development and Rollout to Development and Production systems.
  • Contact vendor to get the new license keys for ISV products.
  • Contact vendor to get product compatible information 
  • New license key renewals for ISV products.
  • knowledge in JCL.
