Mains Replacement Supervisor

We're looking for a proactive and safety-driven Site Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day construction activities across multiple mains renewal sites. In this role, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme deadlines, while maintaining strong quality standards and effective team coordination. You'll play a central part in planning works, guiding teams and subcontractors, maintaining compliance on site, and ensuring all operational, health & safety, environmental and quality expectations are consistently met.

You'll be the person who keeps operations moving—planning ahead, solving problems, driving high standards and ensuring the work is delivered right first time.
