Maintenace Planner - Electrical

Electrical Maintenance Planner | 6 Month Contract

Tier 1 Mining Operator | $100–$110 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Planner to join a Tier 1 mining operator on a 6-month contract, supporting asset maintenance planning across both Perth Head Office and site operations.

This role offers a stable Monday–Friday roster with fortnightly site travel, suited to a planner who enjoys balancing office-based planning with site engagement.

Role Details

• Contract: 6 month
• Roster: Monday–Friday, 7.6 hours per day
• Travel: Fortnightly site travel (Tuesday AM to site, Wednesday PM return to Perth)
• Location: Perth Head Office / Mine Site
• Rate: $100–$110 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate electrical maintenance plans and schedules
• Scope work orders, raise notifications, and identify required materials, labour, and resources
• Review asset performance data and prioritise work to support reliability and operational needs
• Work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure effective execution
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards and procedures

Skills & Experience

• Electrical qualification with experience in electrical maintenance planning
• Background in mining, heavy industry, or similar asset-intensive environments
• Strong understanding of electrical maintenance practices and asset management
• Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
• High attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
