Job Description

gpac is working with a client company to find a Maintenance Administrator in food manufacturing. This individual will manage maintenance scheduling, records, and parts inventory (CMMS) to ensure equipment uptime, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations (GMPs). Key tasks include generating work orders, coordinating vendor services, maintaining asset records, and supporting the maintenance team to reduce downtime. 

Core Responsibilities


  • CMMS Management: Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to create, track, and close out work orders (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
  • Scheduling: Coordinate routine maintenance tasks, equipment inspections, and repairs to minimize disruption to production schedules.
