Overview

Schedule and dispatch technicians to client sites for fire extinguisher servicing, recycling, and Bomba testing. Handle customer complaints and report issues to the Service Manager. Coordinate service schedules to ensure timely operations. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and invoices. Maintain service records, documentation, and filing. Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth service operations.
