Supervise the day‑to‑day equipment operations and maintenance (such as changing tooling, conducting initial machine condition parameters, and performing pre‑production tests). Maintain the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Senior Engineer or Manager. Alert the immediate superior of any equipment unusual occurrence or damage that has taken place or may occur. Execute all preventive maintenance activities and prepare technical reports (Machine report, EBRR, etc.) as assigned. Implement projects such as system optimization, improvements, and POKAYOKE. Perform equipment immediate repair, operation, installation, troubleshooting, and calibration as assigned or in areas beyond the technician’s capability.
