Job Description


  • Develop annual maintenance strategies and plans; analyse KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF and drive continuous improvement actions

  • Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems; manage task allocation, performance and technical capability development within the maintenance team

  • Lead autonomous maintenance initiatives and expand 5S, Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices to support cultural transformation

  • Prepare annual maintenance budgets and CAPEX investment plans; manage resource planning, cost projections and periodic reporting

  • Plan and coordinate installation, commissioning and relocation of machinery and equipment, including civil, mechanical and electrical works

  • Manage contractors, project schedules, progress payments and corrective actions for deviations

  • Organise project meetings, documentation and cross-functional coordination with relevant departments

  • Ensure technical drawings and project documentation are up to date; identify key project risks and report to senior management

  • Lead kaizen, TPM and efficiency improvement projects aimed at cost reduction and operational performance

  • Plan and monitor compliance with Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Energy Management Systems

Array

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering

  • Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and capital investment projects

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices

  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken

  • Netsis knowledge is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Quality-oriented, task-focused and open to continuous improvement

  • Strong teamwork, leadership, analytical thinking and communication skills

  • Well-developed planning and organisational capabilities

  • Residing in Antalya or willing to relocate
