Maintenance and Engineering Program Manager

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager, to join our growing LATAM Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team.

This individual contributor reports to the Sr. Regional RME for LATAM, and their primary focus is to maintain effective project management processes, tools, and standards across the LATAM RME organization.

This role involves overseeing project intake, portfolio management, while developing metrics and analytics capabilities to assess project and portfolio health. This role will also be instrumental for the full alignment of the LATAM RME organization to the International RME standards through full alignment with AMS (Amazon Maintenance System) and Big Rocks.
