Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor

BASIC FUNCTION
This position will be responsible for all objectives as established by the Capital Project Eng and Maint Manager to maintain plant equipment and installations in good working order, operate a TPM system including preventative maintenance, execute projects and support manufacturing improvement through KOS and support a safe work environment.
RESPONSABILITIES
Provide leadership and direction for all individuals in the Engineering department.
2. Responsible for directing those individuals in maintaining all facilities and equipment.
3. Monitor and maintain a TPM system including equipment preventative maintenance programs.
4. Maintenance to all facilities including buidings, roads and perimetral walls
5. Maintenance to all water, gas and air pipelines and their structure
6. Maintenance to all electrical substations
