Maintenance and Grounds Keeper

Maintenance and Grounds Keeper Department: Maintenance Reports to: General Manager General Description: The main responsibilities of the Maintenance and Groundskeeper are to maintain the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the Moraine Lake Lodge property and surrounding grounds.

The primary function of this position is to complete routine groundskeeping duties such as gardening, yard work, and upkeep of guest pathways, as well as to operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment.

Other duties include, but are not limited to, performing minor maintenance tasks as required, assisting with firewood deliveries and distribution, and following all procedures outlined in the Maintenance Manual.

This role also supports a positive team environment, promotes knowledge of Moraine Lake Lodge and Banff National Park to guests, and ensures all work is carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
