Under general supervision, the Maintenance Assistant II will complete maintenance tasks to support the daily repairs and preventative maintenance to interior and exterior of the building.







The position supports the daily operations for the facility. Ensures work quality with a strong knowledge of adopted processes and procedures and recommends approaches to address unique maintenance issues. Handles escalated issues with direction from management. Assists in the planning and execution of facilities maintenance programs.
