Our client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have carpentry, basic plumbing and HVAC skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Maintenance Assistant**
**Location: McAllen, TX**
**Pay Range: $17.50**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Perform and assist with general maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmith and energy
+ Install new equipment and repair and/or replace defective equipment
+ Clean, service, oil and/or adjust equipment
+ Operate and conduct routine preventative maintenance on company vehicles
+ Other duties as assigned
**What’s Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ At least one (1) year of related work experience required. Experience in two or more of the following trades; carpentry, painting, and locksmith is preferred
+ Pass compliance items
