Maintenance Associate (Live-Out)

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Maintenance Associates contribute to the successful operations of our multi-unit apartment complexes. The role is responsible for efficiently responding to resident requests for repairs, for providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, as well as upkeeping apartment units and grounds. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. This role is also responsible for getting quotes and other communication with contractors, scheduling and inspecting jobs, providing training for new maintenance, creating Purchase Orders in Yardi.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

· Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment

· 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience

· Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends) 

· Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
