The Maintenance Engineer supports overall plant maintenance and manufacturing operations through technical expertise, planning, and training. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.
Provide technical assistance and training to maintenance team members.
Develop and manage long-term maintenance and reliability plans.
Specify, design, and order both specialized and standard spare parts.
Coordinate emergency and non-emergency maintenance activities with manufacturing teams.
Manage the design, operation, and functionality of the work order system; utilize maintenance data for operational improvements.
Review departmental budgets, spending history, and Client requirements.
