Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Co-op to join our Maintenance team! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in an industrial work environment. Working alongside skilled maintenance professionals you will gain skills to work on one of kind machines and insights into preventative maintenance techniques. On-site in Mt. Vernon, Indiana

Your Day to Day as a Maintenance Co-op 

  • Assist the maintenance department with the following: Routine preventative maintenance
  • Planned projects
    Reactive maintenance calls
  • Work independently based on instructions, directions, or requests from supervisor or project lead.

  • Observe and comply with safety procedures and policies.

  • Able to participate as collaborative team member.

  • Able to operate forklifts, scissor lifts and other equipment found in an industrial work environment.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of three semesters of vocational training

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  •  Pay: $16.00 - $20.00

    The starting hourly rate for this position in Indiana (US-IN) at the start of employment is expected to be between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour. The hourly rate offered is based on local job market factors and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement. The company further reserves the right to modify the hourly rate (as well as any other discretionary payment, compensation, or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or applicable department/team performance, and other market factors.
