About The Role
This position is responsible for approving service repairers of passenger and commercial vehicles and equipment nationally. It manages maintenance costs and invoices, ensuring day‑to‑day queries and operational issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE
- Approve suppliers’ requests for maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure all services comply with manufacturers’ requirements.
- Ensure defective vehicle and equipment repairs follow current CO Reset protocol and health & safety processes.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to support and improve their EVO portal usage.
- Assist customers with general maintenance enquiries.
About You
