Maintenance Controller

We are looking for a Maintenance Controller for the Maintenance team, who will report to the Maintenance Manager at the Els Monjos plant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of spare parts and stock supply in collaboration with suppliers, in line with the plant’s Safety, Industrial Safety, Quality, and Environmental guidelines. You will also oversee budget control activities, including the review and analysis of deviations, and lead negotiations with internal and external suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

• Carry out SAP control and analysis to monitor compliance with monthly and annual objectives and budgets.
• Create maintenance purchase orders, extendable to other departments, following Affinity’s mandatory compliance clauses, and ensure correct goods receipt and cost allocation in the system.
