Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role

You will maintain gardens, lawns, pool areas, and outdoor spaces across our properties to a high standard. This role combines horticulture, grounds care, and general handyman duties, with a strong focus on safety, accessibility, preventive maintenance, and presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain gardens, lawns, pool areas, and outdoor spaces across multiple sites
• Ensure outdoor areas are safe, accessible, functional, and visually appealing
• Carry out preventive maintenance to protect assets and reduce risk
• Assist with general property maintenance and handyman tasks
• Use tools and small power equipment safely and efficiently
• Support occasional weekend work for special events

What You Bring

• Certificate III in Horticulture and/or Landscaping (or equivalent)
