Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Maintenance Coordinator to manage all maintenance operations for our property management client.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming maintenance calls, emails, and requests.

  • Create, assign, and track work orders through to completion.

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring pricing approvals and deadlines are met.

  • Respond to and properly escalate maintenance emergencies.

  • Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors.

  • Manage difficult tenant interactions with professionalism and composure.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management software.

Requirements:

-Bilingual , Spanish

  • Prior experience in property management or maintenance coordination.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
