**Position Summary**
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Coordinator** to join our team at the Gympie Factory, home to two of Australia’s most iconic coffee brands — **NESCAFÉ** and **INTERNATIONAL ROAST** .
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning Production Planning and Maintenance requirements to deliver the Factory Plan. As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will lead the site’s maintenance planning process, establishing both routine and extraordinary maintenance plans for all assets. You will ensure maintenance activities are executed on time, to standard, and in a way that supports safe operations, food safety, quality, compliance, and overall equipment performance.
A core part of your responsibilities includes optimising maintenance plans, integrating Maintenance Excellence Packages (MEP), leveraging digital tools, and ensuring competitive end‑to‑end life‑cycle costs.
