Job Description

Job Summary:



  • The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and manage maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.

  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and has a strong understanding of building systems and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Follow up, prioritize work orders and other tasks.

  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, vendors to schedule and complete repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; order materials as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with tenants regarding maintenance schedules and updates.
