Job Summary:
- The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and manage maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and has a strong understanding of building systems and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up, prioritize work orders and other tasks.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians, vendors to schedule and complete repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; order materials as needed.
- Communicate proactively with tenants regarding maintenance schedules and updates.
