Summary:
- As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the maintenance department.
- This role is responsible for coordinating work orders, tracking maintenance activities, managing inventory, and supporting preventative and corrective maintenance efforts across residential properties.
Essential Functions:
- Label and print photos from inspections conducted by the Director of Maintenance and Property Manager.
