Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities  :
Coordinate field service jobs on board vessels and at the shipyard according to the maintenance plan. Ensure that QSHE and our compliance policies are followed.
Provide timely and accurate response to service requests. Discuss with the customer the plan and execution of the service job.
Ensure that people with the right skills are assigned to each job
Coordinate the field service work, make site visits and support the field service team throughout the execution of the work. 
Communicate the progress of the work and any outstanding actions with the customer and other internal stakeholders. Be the primary contact person to the customer and the engineers at site during execution of the work. Provide them with technical and contractual clarifications as needed.
