A long term care skilled nursing facility located in the Bronx, NYis looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Maintenance Director.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director-Nursing Home:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds to maintain proper care of the community in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards/regulations and company policies Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs & ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashion Performs routine repairs of building including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical and painting<...
