Electrical Technician
$34-$37/hr DOE
Shifts :M-F 7a-3p overtime and weekends as needed
M-F 3p-11p overtime and weekends as needed (All shifts need to be flexible on 1st shift)

SUMMARY:
Maintain machinery and equipment, concentrating on electrical systems to ensure OEM quality and operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Perform duties of Industrial Maintenance Electro-Mechanic Tech \u2018A\u2019.
* PLC, Drives and Computer documentation and maintenance including contractor interface.
* Electrical projects including contractor interface.
* JDE training and oversight.
* Parts Room inventory control.
* Management of equipment documentation.
* Department IT coordinator.
* Oversight of high level electrical troubleshooting.
* Maintain continuity among shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
* Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations contributing to overall safety of the Plant.

Skills/Qualifications: Lead Safety, Equipment Maintenance, Technical Understanding, Initiative and Zeal, Deal with uncertainty, Power Tools, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Supervision, Job Knowledge, Productivity
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED; some college or training in a technical field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Proficient in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Excellent general math skills
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to trouble shoot, schedule and plan maintenance.
