**SALARY:**

+ $41.21/hr. starting wage
+ Increased to $44.21/hr. after 2nd yr. (probationary period)
+ $1.00/hr. yearly increase due to union contract
+ Unlimited overtime pay on weekends
+ Average annual earnings of up to $120,000 - $140,000

**SHIFT:** Assigned based on seniority and preference

+ 1st: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
+ 2nd: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
