Highlights:

-Starting Pay Rate: $28.84

-Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am-3:30pm with the possibility of overtime and/or weekend work as directed by business needs

Responsibilities:

-Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical systems, heating and air systems, pumps, and boiler controls.

-Trouble shoot and diagnosis malfunctions to live electrical systems as needed.

-According to instructions or blueprints provided by the Maintenance Manager, complete construction projects by ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring.
