Maintenance Engineer Apprentice

Role Title: Maintenance Engineer Apprentice Location: Scarborough (On-Site) Apprentice Level: UK Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship Programme Salary: £20, Role Mission: As a Maintenance Engineer Apprentice you will optimize operational performance through proactive / reactive maintenance techniques. This is to ensure that safety is secured through the adoption of safe working practices and the provision of safe plant and equipment, whilst also providing on-rota call-out cover in support of the factory reactive breakdowns. Key Responsibilities: Ensure safety and integrity of all plant and equipment. Support continuous improvement and site projects. Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory. Monitor key performance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, service schedules). Respond to breakdowns quickly using fault-finding techniques to minimize downtime.
