Maintenance Engineer

Brief Job Description / key responsibilities :

1.Maintenace Shift handling.

2.PM planning and execution

3.Spare spart management.

4.IATF or ISO awareness.

5.Having knowledge of basic hydraulic and pneumatic system.

6.Automation and good PLC programing knowledge.(GE FANUC,Delta and siemence PLC and SCADA system)

7.Experience of maintaining of utilities like compressor, softening plant, STP, ETP, Cooling towers etc.

8.Good technical knowledge of heat treatment furnaces and related equipment s.

9.HT/LT panels, Breakers, Transformer and DG set maintenance experience.

10.Having basic awareness and experience of furnace maintenance.(Hardening/Tempering/Induction furnace)
