Are you an apprentice trained Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an electrically bias maintenance engineer for this food manufacturing business in Leicestershire, working in a large maintenance team in a well invested factory, this is not a reactive role with strong processes and drive for continuous improvement. The company invests both in its facilities and its people, you will have a clear progression tracker along with training and development plan. Basic Salary £59,900pa
OTE c£60,000
Quarterly bonus incentive
4on 4 off blocks of days and nights.
23 days holiday (with the option to buy/sell holiday)
