Job Summary: - Supervision and Evaluation of reports of dead time and failures of devices of the area of facilities and janitors - Supervision and Elaboration of Statistics on the Efficiency, availability and consumption of inputs and energy - Supervision and Coordination activities of continuous improvement in their areas and equipment - Promotes, follows up and participates in development activities of the members of its direct and indirect team - Coordinates and develops plans and projects for the improvement of buildings and reduction of energy consumption and improvement of processes. - Coordinates the interaction with external suppliers for the accomplishment of activities related to the areas of facilities and janitors - Work in coordination with the safety and hygiene and environmental equipment to comply with the regulations and procedures related to the areas of tech support. - Supervision and evaluation of tool shop work load.
