Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

The Technical Manager for a commercial building is responsible for overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of the building's infrastructure. This includes managing the maintenance team, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently, and coordinating with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades. The Technical Manager ensures the building's systems meet safety and compliance standards while providing a comfortable environment for tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management: Oversee the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, Civil and other building systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Respond to and resolve building systems issues promptly. Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks.
