Overview

Maintenance Engineer — Location: Malvern — Salary: £36,000 — Shifts: Monday to Friday (Days). Commutable from: Evesham, Worcester, Hereford, Gloucester, Kidderminster, Redditch.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across all site equipment
  • Carry out planned, preventive and reactive maintenance to maximise uptime
  • Assist with small subprojects, such as equipment modifications or upgrades
  • Read and work from technical documentation, including P&IDs, blueprints, and drawings, and liaise with contractors when required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience with practical problem-solving skills
  • Welding (MIG/TIG), pipefitting, and general workshop engineering experience
