Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Salary: £47,500 + 30 days holiday + pension + Life assurance x4 annual salary

Location: Yeadon / Otley (easily commutable from Bradford, Leeds, Harrogate)

Hours: a mix of 3 and 4 day or night shifts with 7 days off every 4th week

Schedule: 14 x 12 hour shifts over 21 days then 7 days off

Example: NNNNOOO-DDDONNN-OOODDDD-OOOOOOO (N = Nights, O = Off, D = Days) – Over 50% of the year off / 7 months off. Do not have to work more than four days in a row. 3‑day weekend every other week. A full week off every fourth week. Schedule is stable and predictable. Every 5th month is a cover shift so you can work flexible hours / days.

The Job:

• 70 – 80% preventative maintenance and 20 – 30% reactive.
