- Designation: Engineer/Sr Engineer
- Department: Maintenance
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Location: Gandhinagar
- Edu. Qualification: BE/B. Tech/Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/IC
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Ventilation systems
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality as per medical/cleanroom requirements
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as air compressors, RO/DM water systems, boilers, and DG sets
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and utilities
- Attend breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum downtime
- Maintain logs, checklists, and maintenance records
- Follow medical compliance standards
- Ensure safety norms are followed during maintenance activities
- Coordinate audits and support documentation related to utilities and maintenance
- Coordinate with external service providers and AMC vendors
- Supervise contractors during maintenance and installation work
- Coordinate with production, quality, and EHS teams
