The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and safe operation of critical manufacturing equipment within a metal-mechanical production environment. This role provides advanced technical leadership in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, with a strong focus on high-tonnage presses, curing ovens, paint and powder coating systems, and plant utilities. Provide engineering-level maintenance support for high-tonnage presses, including mechanical structures, hydraulics, lubrication systems, and safety devices. / Support industrial ovens and curing systems, ensuring temperature control, uniformity, and operational safety. Maintain and troubleshoot paint and powder coating systems, including booths, conveyors, application equipment, and curing processes. / Support plant utilities, including compressed air systems, electrical distribution, ventilation, and basic facilities equipment. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. / Analyze downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and failure trends to drive reliability improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. / Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or industrial maintenance roles within manufacturing environments. / Proven experience supporting metal-mechanical manufacturing operations.
