Focus on developing a strong and robust engineering approach to our Corrective Maintenance Department.
Core Responsibilities
Ensure that LEGO Production team meets the reliability requirements of the company and product quality.
Support the customers/maintenance staff (engineers, managers and technical) to use Maintain IT, applying the standard processes described.
Leading all roll outs regarding a Global maintenance project.
Assure the compliance of corrective maintenance activities performed by external OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and suppliers.
Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.
Ensure the development of preventive maintenance activities, creation, and execution of continuous improvement journey.
Solving through the root cause mindset.
Participate in projects to improve processes and equipment.
