This is an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance person (multi-trader) to join a small friendly team within a leading housing and supported living organisation for vulnerable adults who suffer from mental health and live in a supported housing environment. It would suit someone from a Hotel, Hospital, Care Home type background, with hands‑on experience and qualifications, and an ethos of continuous improvement to achieve exceptional high standards.

Salary etc

• Full‑time role, 37.5 hours per week
• Catford / Lewisham area of London, with visits to other sites within the London area for projects.
