Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance
and cleanliness of the Head Office in Kenley.
This role involves managing the building, coordinating with external
suppliers, and ensuring the premises are safe and compliant with all
health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly
organised, and committed to providing a secure and well-maintained
work environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

• General Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and structural components. Manage and monitor a log of all maintenance activities.
• Building Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office building. Ensure all common areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
