Job Description
1.0 To perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for all production and auxiliary machines.
2.0 To recommend improvements on areas deemed necessary as a result of the preventive and corrective maintenance performed.
3.0 To recommend changes in the processes, methods and procedures to improve the efficiency and productivity of the operations.
4.0 To establish and lead a machine audit team, in evaluating the performance and maintenance of each production machinery.
5.0 To accomplish various tasks that maybe assigned to him/her from time to time under special projects, such as machine evaluation, machine installation and machine/process modification.
Other Conditions :
1. A weekly itinerary must be submitted to the immediate superior, with prior approval, to establish the task on hand. If necessary, a long term itinerary can be submitted for projects/tasks requiring longer durations.
