MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, shifting, and qualification activities for new equipment and machines, maintaining necessary documentation.
• Plan and prepare preventive maintenance schedules for new and existing equipment, ensuring smooth operation and maintainability.
• Execute scheduled blade replacements to prevent quality defects, wire damage, and unplanned downtime, maintaining accurate blade change records.
• Work closely with Quality and Production teams during process issues and line stoppages.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, conduct in-depth investigations, and solve maintenance-related problems.
• Plan, raise orders, and maintain materials and spare parts inventory for production operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for repair, calibration, and technical support when required.
