Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making sure that all equipment & facility are in good running condition, to prevent defective and loss of quantity of production, which inclusive development & maintenance of the following: Preventive Maintenance (PM) Master List; PM Checklist.
• To ensure a safe workplace. Responsible for making sure that all machines are running properly, such that workers are safe and that the manufacturing plant can perform its function efficiently.
• Overall supervision of maintenance work (Electrical, mechanical, steam/heating system and Forklift).
• Explores the application of new technologies/method related to company operation that improve safety, efficiency, productivity or quality.
• Perform or propose equipment or process upgrading for efficiency & quality improvement and to prevent major down due to component absolution.
