We are working with a well-established building materials manufacturer in the Thatcham area who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their site. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on role supporting a busy production environment with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical equipment
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability
• Maintain maintenance records and adhere to Health & Safety procedures
• Work closely with production teams to support operational efficiency
