Job Description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

  • Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
  • Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) + 1-in-4 Saturday Shift.
  • On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
  • Salary - £41,209/Yr.
  • Location – Liverpool, Warrington, Chester
  • Extra – Overtime available.
    • Your duties will be yet not limited to

  • PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • Repairs to cooling units and AHU’s
  • Rectifying faults in plant rooms
  • Splits, VRF and more.
