Maintenance / Equipment Engineer

Sustain and continuously improve the photo process module.

Follow the established schedule to complete equipment maintenance and calibration.

Evaluate new equipment for plating improvements and train production technicians to fully handle the new equipment.

Assist in the development and maintenance of methods, procedures and/or systems that comply with ISO and other applicable requirements.

Carry out general electrical work, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment in the photo lithography department.

Help improve tool availability through process stability improvements.

Liaise with vendors for equipment or process repairs.

Purchase components and spare parts related to electrical and control items in order to minimize cost.

Ensure equipment is maintained at an optimum level and quality to minimize issues and downtime.
