Maintenance Executive

We have urgent requisition for Maintenance Executive to support the Maintenance Engineers, primarily for documentation, reporting, and system-related activities.

Job Description for Maintenance Executive is to provide dedicated administrative and system support with the following responsibilities

• Supporting Maintenance Engineers in documentation and reporting activities

• Timely preparation and submission of DPR's, weekly, monthly, and shutdown/slowdown reports

• Updating and maintaining data in HOTT and MAXIMO systems

• Tracking attendance, overtime, multi-skill data, and KPI reports

• Improving data accuracy, reducing rework, and supporting timely billing
