Job Title:  Maintenance Executive

Job Location: Igatpuri, Panchgani, Goa, Lonavala, Alibaug, Karjat

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.


• Specifically, shall be doing - Electric, Plumbing, Furniture and Air conditioning related work.


• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance


• Coordinate during maintenance installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)


• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.


• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment’s.


• Timely reporting & daily update on slack & WhatsApp on necessary groups.


• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Skill Requirments:

• Should have headed & handled a team of at least 4 personnel directly under him before


• Experience in client servicing


• Fluent in communication (English-Hindi-Marathi)


• Civil knowledge


• Street Smart


• Motivated and driven


• Should have a 2 wheeler


• Negotiation skills


• Vendor Management

CTC: Rs. 2.40/lpa to 3.0/lpa

(Accomodation +  Fuel reimbursement shall be provided)
