Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure proper functioning.


• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.


• Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., changing filters, checking wiring, inspecting plumbing systems).


• Respond promptly to repair requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.


• Maintain and repair doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, and other building structures as needed.


• Perform general janitorial and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.


• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and request orders for necessary materials.


• Assist with the setup of equipment and arrangements for special events or activities.


• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work and minimize disruption to daily operations.


• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, repairs, and inspections.


• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs,ifapplicable.
